Ingredients
4 tbsp butter
500 ml heavy cream
1 tbsp garlic powder
300 g fettuccine pasta
200 ml pasta water
1 cup Parmesan (grated)
¼ cup parsley (chopped)
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Boil fettuccine until al dente.
2. Melt butter over low heat and add heavy cream.
3. Add garlic powder and let it simmer.
4. Mix in pasta and pasta water; simmer together.
5. Stir in Parmesan and parsley until creamy.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Serve immediately for the best creamy texture.
