Description

Frozen yogurt bites are the ultimate guilt-free treat—healthy, creamy, and customizable! With endless flavor options, they’re perfect for any occasion, from snacks to desserts.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup yogurt (Greek or regular, plain or flavored)
  • 1/2 cup fresh fruit (e.g., berries, bananas, mango, chopped small)
  • Optional: 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (for sweetness)
  • Optional toppings: granola, nuts, chocolate chips, or shredded coconut

Instructions

  • Prepare a Base:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use silicone molds.
  • Combine Ingredients:
Mix yogurt with sweetener if desired. Stir in chopped fruit or toppings for added texture.
  • Create Bites:
Spoon small dollops of the yogurt mixture onto the prepared sheet or into molds.
  • Customize:
Press additional toppings like granola, nuts, or chocolate chips into each yogurt bite.
  • Freeze:
Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours or until firm.
  • Serve:
Pop bites out of molds or peel them off the parchment paper. Enjoy straight from the freezer!

Notes

  • Choose the Right Yogurt:
Opt for Greek yogurt for a creamier texture and higher protein content. If you prefer a vegan or lactose-free option, coconut, almond, or soy-based yogurts work perfectly.
  • Use Fresh, Small Ingredients:
Chop fruits into small pieces to ensure they freeze evenly and blend well with the yogurt. Large chunks may cause uneven texture and make the bites harder to eat.
  • Prevent Sticking:
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or use silicone molds for easy removal. If storing long-term, layer bites with parchment paper in an airtight container to avoid sticking together.
