Instructions

Mix the Dry Ingredients:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. -
Add Wet Ingredients:
In another bowl, whisk together milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla. Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir until just combined. -
Add Fruity Pebbles:
Gently fold in the Fruity Pebbles cereal. Let the batter sit for 2–3 minutes. -
Cook the Pancakes:
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Grease lightly with butter or oil. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown. -
Serve Warm:
Top with syrup, whipped cream, more Fruity Pebbles, or fresh fruit as desired.
Notes
For crunchier cereal texture, fold in Fruity Pebbles just before cooking and don’t let the batter sit too long.
