Description

These classic Oreo balls are a timeless favorite no-bake dessert for any occasion!


Ingredients

36 Oreos

8 oz cream cheese, softened

10 oz Ghirardelli Dark chocolate melting wafers

10 oz Ghirardelli White vanilla melting wafers


Instructions

1. Add the Oreos to a food processor and process into crumbs.

2. Add the softened cream cheese and pulse to combine.

3. Transfer mixture to a bowl and finish combining.

4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

5. Use a cookie scoop to form Oreo balls.

6. Roll into smooth circles and chill for 1 hour.

7. Melt dark chocolate and dip half the balls.

8. Melt white chocolate and dip remaining balls.

9. Drizzle opposite color over each.

10. Chill again until set.

Notes

Use high-quality melting wafers for a smooth finish.

Decorate with sprinkles or crushed candy canes for holidays.
