Description

Ingredients

1215 frozen potstickers

4 cups chicken broth or vegetable broth

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 teaspoons grated ginger

2 cloves garlic, minced

23 green onions, chopped

1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

1/2 cup spinach or bok choy

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

1 teaspoon chili oil or red pepper flakes


Instructions

1. Heat sesame oil in a pot and sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute.

2. Add broth, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Simmer 5–10 minutes.

3. Add frozen potstickers and cook 5–7 minutes.

4. Add mushrooms or spinach in the last minutes of cooking.

5. Season with salt, pepper, and chili oil.

6. Serve and garnish with green onions.

Notes

Add noodles for a heartier soup.

Use vegetarian potstickers for a vegetarian version.
