Description

Cheesy Rotel Sausage Balls loaded with cream cheese, sausage, and cheddar. Perfect for parties!


Ingredients

1 pound ground sausage

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 can (10 ounces) Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

2 cups biscuit baking mix (like Bisquick)

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Combine sausage, cream cheese, drained Rotel, cheddar, biscuit mix, and seasonings.

3. Mix until well combined.

4. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on prepared baking sheet.

5. Bake 20–25 minutes until golden and cooked through.

6. Garnish with parsley or green onions and serve warm.
