Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, chopped
- 2 ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup julienned baked ham
- 1/2 cup julienned Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup green Spanish olives, halved
- 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
