Smooth, creamy, and refreshing peach sorbet made with only four simple ingredients.
Ingredients

- 4 cups fresh peaches, peeled
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Peel and chop peaches into small chunks.
- Freeze peaches on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 2–3 hours.
- Transfer frozen peaches to a heavy-duty food processor.
- Add sugar and lemon juice.
- Pulse several times, then blend until smooth and creamy.
- Scrape down the sides as needed.
- Taste and add a pinch of salt if needed.
- Serve immediately for soft-serve consistency or freeze in a loaf pan for at least 4 hours.
Notes
- Use a heavy-duty food processor.
- Let the processor rest if it gets warm.
- Add 1 tablespoon of water or milk at a time if needed.
- Cut peaches into small chunks before freezing.
- Let frozen sorbet soften for 5–10 minutes before scooping.
