  • ¼ cup melted butter or vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup chocolate chips or chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line mini loaf pans.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, brown sugar, melted butter, egg, vanilla, and milk.
  • Mix Batter: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring gently. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
  • Bake: Pour batter into mini loaf pans, filling each about ¾ full. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Cool & Serve: Let loaves cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Enjoy warm or store in an airtight container.
