- ¼ cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line mini loaf pans.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix mashed bananas, brown sugar, melted butter, egg, vanilla, and milk.
- Mix Batter: Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, stirring gently. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if using.
- Bake: Pour batter into mini loaf pans, filling each about ¾ full. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
