Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 strawberries
  • 1 cup white candy melts or white chocolate melting wafers
  • 1/2 cup red, white, and blue nonpareil sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Wash strawberries and dry completely with paper towels.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  3. Place sprinkles into a small bowl.
  4. Melt white candy melts or chocolate wafers in 30-second microwave intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
  5. Dip each strawberry about two-thirds into the melted chocolate.
  6. Immediately dip the bottom third into patriotic sprinkles.
  7. Place coated strawberries onto the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Allow candy melts to harden at room temperature for 30 minutes or refrigerate white chocolate strawberries until firm.
  9. Serve immediately for best flavor and texture.
