Description

Crispy air fryer taco bombs filled with seasoned beef and melted cheese for an easy appetizer or dinner.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional diced onions
  • Optional jalapeños
  • Optional bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned and drain grease.
  2. Stir in taco seasoning and optional vegetables, then set aside.
  3. Separate and flatten crescent roll dough.
  4. Place beef and cheese in center of dough and seal into balls.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
  6. Arrange taco bombs in basket with space between.
  7. Cook for 7 to 10 minutes until golden and crisp.

Notes

  1. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  2. Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Freeze uncooked taco bombs and cook from frozen with extra time.
