Description
Crispy air fryer taco bombs filled with seasoned beef and melted cheese for an easy appetizer or dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning mix
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional diced onions
- Optional jalapeños
- Optional bell peppers
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet until browned and drain grease.
- Stir in taco seasoning and optional vegetables, then set aside.
- Separate and flatten crescent roll dough.
- Place beef and cheese in center of dough and seal into balls.
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F.
- Arrange taco bombs in basket with space between.
- Cook for 7 to 10 minutes until golden and crisp.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer at 350°F for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Freeze uncooked taco bombs and cook from frozen with extra time.
