Description

A refreshing apple salad made with crisp apples, sweet grapes, toasted pecans, and dried cranberries tossed in a creamy honey yogurt dressing.


Ingredients

  • 4 medium apples, cored and chopped
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped and toasted
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Core and chop the apples into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Wash and halve the grapes.
  3. Toast the pecans in a dry pan for 5 minutes and cool.
  4. Combine apples, grapes, pecans, and cranberries in a bowl.
  5. Whisk yogurt, honey, vinegar, and cinnamon until smooth.
  6. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
