Description

Juicy baked BBQ chicken breasts coated in a sweet and tangy sauce, perfect for a fast and easy high-protein dinner.


Ingredients

  • 46 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a baking dish
  2. Place chicken in a bag and season with oil and spices, then coat well
  3. Transfer chicken to baking dish and brush with half of BBQ sauce
  4. Bake for 20 minutes, then flip and brush with remaining BBQ sauce
  5. Continue baking for 20 to 30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F
  6. Remove from oven, rest briefly, slice, and serve
