Description

Golden-brown baked French dip biscuits stuffed with roast beef and provolone cheese, served warm with savory au jus for dipping.


Ingredients

  • 1 can (16.3 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 8 slices deli roast beef
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Separate biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit.
  3. Place roast beef and provolone cheese on each biscuit.
  4. Fold dough around filling and pinch to seal.
  5. Place biscuits seam-side down in baking dish.
  6. Mix melted butter with seasonings and brush over biscuits.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Warm beef broth and serve biscuits with broth for dipping.
