Juicy baked peaches filled with a brown sugar cinnamon pecan streusel and served warm with vanilla ice cream.

- 2 large or 3 medium ripe-firm peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2–3 tablespoons chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons chilled butter, diced
- Vanilla ice cream for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and butter a baking dish.
- Halve peaches, remove pits, and scoop a small cavity in each peach center.
- Combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, salt, pecans, and oats.
- Rub chilled butter into the mixture until crumbly.
- Divide streusel among peaches and pack lightly into cavities.
- Arrange peaches cut-side up in baking dish.
- Bake 35 to 45 minutes until peaches are tender and topping is golden.
- Cool slightly and serve warm with vanilla ice cream.

- Use ripe but firm peaches for best texture.
- Toast pecans for deeper flavor.
