Description

Creamy baked chicken dip made with banana peppers, cheese, and simple spices for an easy party appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup chopped banana peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a small baking dish
  2. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth
  3. Stir in seasonings until combined
  4. Fold in chicken, banana peppers, and cheeses
  5. Spread into baking dish and bake 20 to 25 minutes until bubbly
  6. Broil briefly if desired and serve warm

Notes

  2. Let dip rest a few minutes before serving
