- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onions and minced garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant (2–3 minutes).
- Brown the Beef: Add ground beef, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, then drain excess fat if needed.
- Add Vegetables: Stir in diced carrots and celery, cooking for 1 minute.
- Add Broth and Tomatoes: Pour in beef broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer.
