Description

This savory Biscuits & Gravy Casserole recipe combines biscuits, sausage, eggs, cheese, and gravy baked to golden perfection. Perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

8 count package refrigerated Grands biscuit dough

1 pound bulk sausage

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

6 large eggs

½ cup milk

Salt and pepper to taste

1 peppered gravy mix (2 3/4 ounce, makes 2 cups)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease a 13×9 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Cook sausage until browned. Drain and set aside.

3. Cut biscuits into quarters and spread evenly in the dish.

4. Add sausage over biscuits, then sprinkle cheese.

5. Whisk eggs and milk, season, and pour over mixture.

6. Prepare gravy per instructions and pour over casserole.

7. Bake 40–45 minutes until puffed and golden.

Notes

Make ahead by assembling the night before (without gravy) and refrigerate.

Add 10–15 minutes extra baking time if chilled.
