Instructions

  1. Break up the cold rice so grains are separated
  2. Chop green onions and mince garlic
  3. Beat the eggs in a bowl
  4. Preheat griddle and add oils
  5. Scramble eggs and set aside
  6. Cook garlic and vegetables
  7. Add rice and spread evenly on griddle
  8. Let rice sit briefly for crisp texture
  9. Add soy sauce gradually and mix
  10. Return eggs and add green onions
  11. Cook briefly and serve hot
