Description

Soft and chewy blueberry oatmeal cookies packed with oats and juicy berries, perfect for snacks or dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 3/4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well
  4. Combine dry ingredients separately
  5. Mix dry ingredients into wet mixture
  6. Fold in oats and blueberries
  7. Scoop dough onto baking sheet
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden

Notes

  1. Do not thaw blueberries
  2. Avoid overbaking
  3. Chill dough for thicker cookies
