Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine blueberries, peaches, lemon juice, lemon zest, vanilla extract, sugar, and flour.
- Let the fruit mixture rest while preparing the topping.
- Whisk flour, oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Work cold butter into the mixture until large crumbles form.
- Transfer fruit mixture to a baking dish.
- Sprinkle crumble topping evenly over fruit.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Cool slightly and serve.
