- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, heat-treated
- 1/3 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Beat softened butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
- Add powdered sugar, cocoa powder, brown sugar, flour, milk, vanilla, and salt.
- Mix until smooth and creamy, scraping the bowl as needed.
- Transfer to a serving bowl, top with mini chocolate chips, and serve with dippers.
Notes
- Heat-treat flour before using to make it safe to eat.
- Dutch-process cocoa gives the darkest color, but regular cocoa works.
- Serve with fruit, pretzels, graham crackers, or cookies.
