- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Mix hot sauce and melted butter in a small bowl and set aside
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat

- Lower heat and stir in buffalo sauce, simmering until coated
- Add rice to serving bowls
- Top with buffalo chicken
