Ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, crushed Butterfinger candy bars, graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and vegetable shortening. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Using a fork, dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate to coat thoroughly. Allow the excess chocolate to drip off before returning the balls to the parchment paper.
- Chill the coated balls in the refrigerator for an additional 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Use a food processor for evenly crushed Butterfinger bars.
Add more powdered sugar if mixture is too soft or sticky.
