Description

A hearty cabbage beef bake made with seasoned ground beef, tender cabbage, tomatoes, and rice for a comforting family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small cabbage, shredded
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, with juice
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish
  2. Cook ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain fat
  3. Add cabbage, diced tomatoes, cooked rice, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes to blend flavors
  5. Transfer mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30–35 minutes until cabbage is tender
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving
