These Valentine’s Day Cake Mix Cookies take less than 20 minutes to make and use just 4 simple ingredients.

1 package of Strawberry Cake Mix

2 eggs

1/2 cup vegetable oil or canola oil

Sprinkles for decoration

1. Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Mix together all ingredients until combined. Add sprinkles to the mix if desired.

2. Roll cookies into golf-ball size or use a mini scoop. Place on a lightly greased cookie sheet 2 inches apart.

3. Add sprinkles on top and bake for 9–12 minutes or until edges brown.

4. Cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
