Description

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large cucumber, sliced
  • 1 large red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 medium zucchini, diced
  • 1 large red onion, diced
  • 2 cans sliced black olives (2¼ ounces each), drained
  • 1 bottle Italian dressing (16 ounces)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until just tender, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Chop all vegetables into even pieces while the pasta cools.
  3. Combine spaghetti, vegetables, and olives in a large bowl.
  4. Add Italian dressing, Parmesan cheese, celery seed, paprika, and garlic powder.
  5. Toss until evenly coated.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least three hours before serving.
