Ingredients

- 1/2 small red onion, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh dill or 1 teaspoon dried dill

- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Drain and flake the salmon into a large bowl
- Add diced red onion and celery
- Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, and salt in a small bowl
- Taste dressing and adjust seasoning
- Stir dressing into salmon mixture
- Serve immediately or chill before serving
