Ingredients
3 cups peeled and chopped apples
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
4 cups whipped cream
1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
1. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped apples, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
3. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the apples are tender and caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
5. Layer the caramelized apples and whipped cream in dessert cups.
6. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top.
7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, use tart apples like Granny Smith. You can substitute whipped cream with vanilla ice cream for a different texture.
