- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups rotini pasta, cooked and drained
- 1 cup sweet corn kernels
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rotini according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in ranch seasoning.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and milk. Stir until smooth. Add shredded cheddar and stir until melted.
- In a large bowl, combine rotini, beef mixture, sweet corn, and cheese sauce. Mix thoroughly.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Top with additional cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden. Garnish with parsley and serve.

- Do not overcook the pasta before baking.
