Cheeseburger Pasta is a creamy, cheesy one pan dinner made with ground beef, pasta, and two kinds of cheese for an easy family meal.

- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 16 ounces pasta, uncooked
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Drain excess grease and return beef to skillet.
- Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and onion powder to the skillet and stir until melted.
- Slowly add milk while stirring continuously to form a creamy sauce.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet and stir until fully coated.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a saucier pasta, use less pasta or double the sauce ingredients.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat with a splash of milk.
