Description

Cheeseburger Pasta is a creamy, cheesy one pan dinner made with ground beef, pasta, and two kinds of cheese for an easy family meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 16 ounces pasta, uncooked
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Drain excess grease and return beef to skillet.
  4. Add cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and onion powder to the skillet and stir until melted.
  5. Slowly add milk while stirring continuously to form a creamy sauce.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and stir until fully coated.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  1. For a saucier pasta, use less pasta or double the sauce ingredients.
  2. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat with a splash of milk.
