Description

This Spicy Cashew Chicken combines crispy chicken, crunchy cashews, and a bold, spicy sauce for an irresistible dish. Perfect for a restaurant-style meal at home, it’s a crowd-pleaser every time!

 


Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup roasted cashews
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp chili paste (or Sriracha)
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
