Description
Cheesy Breadsticks made with soft homemade dough, garlic butter, parmesan, and mozzarella baked until golden and bubbly.
Ingredients

- 1 1/8 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 1/2 to 2 cups bread flour or all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Combine 1/2 cup warm water with sugar and yeast. Let rest 5 minutes until foamy.
- Add remaining warm water, olive oil, salt, and vinegar.
- Gradually add flour and knead until smooth and elastic. Let rise 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 475°F with pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
- Stretch dough into rectangle about 1/3 inch thick on parchment paper.
- Mix melted butter and garlic and spread over dough.
- Top with parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
- Transfer to hot stone and bake 8-12 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Slice and serve warm with marinara or ranch.
Notes
- Make dough 3-4 hours ahead and refrigerate to rise.
- Freeze dough up to 3 months in freezer-safe bag.
- Thaw overnight in refrigerator and rest 30 minutes before shaping.
