Description

Flaky crescent rolls stuffed with melted mozzarella, garlic, and butter, baked until golden and savory.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the butter and combine it with cheese, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of filling at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough into crescents and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Cool slightly and serve warm.
