- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 150g (1 1/2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 100g (1 cup) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Bread: Slice the top off the bread and hollow out the inside, leaving a sturdy shell. Brush the inside with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
2️⃣ Cook the Steak: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and paprika. Sear for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked to your liking. Let it rest before slicing into strips.
3️⃣ Sauté the Shrimp: In the same pan, add butter and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
4️⃣ Cook the Veggies: Add onions and bell peppers to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and Worcestershire sauce, cooking for another minute.
5️⃣ Assemble: Layer the steak, shrimp, and sautéed veggies inside the bread. Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
6️⃣ Bake: Place in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
