Ingredients

- 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 3–4 tablespoons oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Water as directed on packet
- 8 ounces Mexican shredded cheese
- Optional toppings: pico de gallo, guacamole, sour cream
Instructions
- Toss diced potatoes with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Air fry potatoes at 400°F for 18–20 minutes, shaking basket several times.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet and drain excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning and water to beef and simmer until thick.
- Layer cooked potatoes with seasoned beef and sprinkle with cheese.
- Add desired toppings and serve hot.
