6 slices Texas toast bread (thick-cut white bread)

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, garlic powder, and salt.

Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over each slice of Texas toast.

Sprinkle a mix of mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses evenly on top of each slice.

Arrange the toast slices on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden.

For an extra golden top, broil for 1-2 minutes, observing.
