- 2 cups shredded chicken
- 2 cans refrigerated croissant dough
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 egg, optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix cream cheese, butter, and milk until blended.
- Add chicken, vegetables, salt, and pepper and mix well.
- Form croissant rectangles and fill with chicken mixture.
- Seal, brush with egg if desired, and bake until golden.
Notes
- Add Parmesan or bacon for variation.
