Description

Creamy chicken and cream cheese wrapped in flaky baked croissants, perfect for an easy lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 2 cans refrigerated croissant dough
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 egg, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix cream cheese, butter, and milk until blended.
  3. Add chicken, vegetables, salt, and pepper and mix well.
  4. Form croissant rectangles and fill with chicken mixture.
  5. Seal, brush with egg if desired, and bake until golden.

Notes
