- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 pound chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups Napa cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup matchstick carrots
- 1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
- 12 ounces pasta, cooked
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until browned, then remove.
- Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry briefly.
- Whisk sauce ingredients together.
- Return chicken and noodles to pan.
- Pour sauce over and toss until combined.
