Notes
Room Temperature Ingredients: For the best texture, ensure your cream cheese, eggs, and cookie dough are at room temperature before starting. This helps to mix the ingredients smoothly, preventing lumps in your cheesecake layer.
Do Not Overmix: When combining your cheesecake batter, mix just until the ingredients are blended. Overmixing can introduce too much air, leading to cracks in your cheesecake as it bakes.
Chill Before Serving: Allowing your Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars to chill in the refrigerator for at least a few hours before serving not only makes them easier to cut but also enhances their flavor and texture.
