Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place sliced cucumbers in a bowl and toss with kosher salt.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Drain cucumbers and pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Whisk vinegar, olive oil, honey, and black pepper together.
  5. Add cucumbers and herbs to the dressing.
  6. Toss until evenly coated.

  1. English, Persian, Armenian, or garden cucumbers can be used.
