Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare cottage cheese by scooping small dollops onto the baking sheet, spreading them thinly for crispiness.
- Season generously with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and sea salt.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning!
- Cool completely on the baking sheet before transferring to an airtight container. They’ll crisp up even more as they cool!
