Description

Juicy Cowboy Butter Steak Sliders made with tender seared steak, rich garlic herb butter, and soft buns, perfect for parties or quick dinners.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs steak (ribeye, sirloin, or flank)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Slider buns or mini brioche rolls
  • Cheese slices (optional)
  • Sautéed onions (optional)
  • Arugula (optional)
  • Pickles (optional)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Let the steak sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  2. Season the steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, Dijon mustard, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat a skillet or grill pan with olive oil over medium-high heat.
  5. Sear the steak for 3–5 minutes per side until desired doneness.
  6. Remove the steak and let it rest for several minutes.
  7. Slice the steak thinly against the grain.
  8. Lightly toast the slider buns.
  9. Assemble sliders with steak, cowboy butter, and desired toppings.
  10. Serve immediately.

Notes
