Ingredients
1½ lb (680 g) chicken tenders, trimmed
1 cup (240 g) plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise
1 packet (1 oz / 28 g) ranch seasoning mix
1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup (60 g) crushed Ritz crackers or panko breadcrumbs
½ tsp (2 g) garlic powder
¼ tsp (0.5 g) paprika
¼ tsp (0.5 g) black pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt (or mayo) with ranch seasoning. Toss in chicken tenders until coated.
In another bowl, combine cheddar, Parmesan, crushed crackers or panko, garlic powder, paprika, and pepper.
Press each coated tender into the cheesy crumb mix until fully coated.
Arrange tenders on baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
Serve hot with dipping sauces or a fresh salad.
Notes
For extra crunch, use panko breadcrumbs.
DIY ranch mix with dried dill, parsley, onion powder, and salt.
Watch closely near the end to avoid burnt cheese.
