Description

Cranberry Cider is a warm stovetop drink made with cranberry-apple juice, orange juice, cinnamon, and honey. It is perfect for winter evenings and holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cranberry-apple juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 orange slices
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Instructions

  1. Add cranberry-apple juice, orange juice, cinnamon stick, and orange slices to a medium saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove the cinnamon stick and orange slices.
  4. Stir in the honey until fully dissolved.
  5. Serve warm and garnish with additional orange slices or cinnamon sticks if desired.

Notes

  1. This cider stays warm well in a slow cooker set to warm for parties.
  2. The recipe can easily be doubled for a crowd.
  3. Store leftovers refrigerated for up to one week and reheat gently before serving.
