Description

Sweet, savory cranberry turkey sliders made with Hawaiian rolls, leftover turkey, and melty cheese – the perfect holiday appetizer.


Ingredients

  • Cooking spray

  • 1 bag Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 count)

  • 1 lb. deli-style turkey or leftovers, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

  • 4 oz. gouda cheese, sliced

  • 4 oz. mild cheddar, sliced

  • 3 Tbsp. unsalted butter, softened

  • 2 Tbsp. sliced chives, plus more for garnish

  • 1/2 tsp. poppy seeds, plus more for sprinkling

  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder

  • 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare baking dish with cooking spray.

  • Slice rolls in half horizontally; layer turkey, cranberry sauce, and cheeses.

  • Melt butter; mix with chives, poppy seeds, onion powder, and Worcestershire.

  • Brush over rolls; sprinkle with poppy seeds.

  • Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 10–15 more.

  • Garnish with chives and serve warm.

Notes

Serve immediately for best texture. Refrigerate leftovers up to 3 days and reheat before serving.
