Description

Soft biscuit-style cream tarts layered with white chocolate frosting and decorated for celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large eggs
  • 5.5 oz granulated sugar
  • 3 oz honey
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3.5 oz unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 13.5 oz all-purpose flour
  • 10 oz white chocolate
  • 10 oz heavy cream
  • 16 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Whisk eggs, sugar, honey, salt, vanilla, and butter over medium heat until simmering.
  2. Stir in baking powder and baking soda, then cool slightly.
  3. Mix in flour to form a soft dough and chill for 1 hour.
  4. Roll, cut shapes, and bake at 350°F for 6–8 minutes.
  5. Prepare ganache with white chocolate and cream, chill, then whip with cream cheese.
  6. Assemble tarts with frosting and decorate as desired.
