- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard optional

Instructions
- Boil halved baby potatoes in salted water for 10 to 12 minutes until fork tender then drain
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1 to 2 minutes until fragrant
- Add heavy cream broth salt pepper and Dijon mustard then simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens
- Add the boiled potatoes to the skillet and gently fold them into the sauce until evenly coated
- Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes then garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm
