Description

Creamy Grape Salad is a sweet, tangy, and crunchy crowd-pleaser made with red and green grapes coated in a smooth blend of cream cheese and sour cream, then topped with brown sugar and chopped pecans. This no-bake dish is perfect for potlucks, BBQs, or an easy dessert-style side that always impresses.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 225 g cream cheese (8 oz), softened

  • 240 ml sour cream (1 cup)

  • 67 g granulated sugar (1/3 cup)

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

  • 900 g seedless red grapes (2 pounds)

  • 900 g seedless green grapes (2 pounds)

  • 38 g brown sugar (3 tablespoons)

  • 24 g chopped pecans (3 tablespoons)

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • Rinse and thoroughly dry the grapes. Fold them gently into the creamy mixture until well coated.

  • Transfer the salad to a serving bowl, smooth the top, and chill for at least 1 hour.

  • Before serving, sprinkle the brown sugar and chopped pecans on top. Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps.

Pat grapes dry after rinsing to prevent a watery salad.

For a lighter version, use low-fat dairy.

Skip the pecans for a nut-free option.
