- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream or half-and-half
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts between parchment paper and pound them to 1/2-inch thickness.
- Combine garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Season both sides of the chicken breasts evenly with the spice mixture.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for about 5 minutes per side until fully cooked and golden.
- Transfer the chicken to a plate.
- Add minced garlic to the same skillet and cook for 30 seconds.
- Stir in the fresh dill and parsley.
- Pour in the heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
- Bring the sauce to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over the top.
- Cook for another minute until heated through.
- Garnish with extra herbs and serve immediately.

- Use boneless skinless chicken thighs for a juicier option.
- Replace some cream with chicken broth for a lighter sauce.
- Add a cornstarch slurry for a thicker sauce.
